Premium Company Page: Company Overview checklist
Follow these recommendations to update your premium Company Page on Blind.
Start by selecting the Company Page tab from the top navigation menu in blind hub.
From the Overview tab, complete the following:
Update your company logo
- If there is an existing logo, hover over the image and click Edit Logo. If there is no existing logo, click Upload Logo
- Click Upload Image and follow the steps to select and add an image from your computer
- We recommend using a 224 x 224 sized image for best results
Add a banner image
- Click the pencil icon located on the right side of the page header
- Click Upload Image and follow the steps to select and add an image from your computer
- We recommend using a 2880 x 240 sized image for best results
Verify and update the company Careers details
- Click the pencil icon located on the right side of the Careers section
- After completing the desired edits, click Save
From the About Us tab, complete the following:
The About Us tab can be found in the Overview dropdown menu
Share your company's mission and why your company is a great place to work
- Simply click Add in the Mission or Why Work With Us section to share your company's vision and mission statement as well as details about your company to help candidates determine if they’re a good fit
Click Save when completed to publish
Introduce your company’s leadership
- Start by clicking the pencil icon in the Leadership section
- Click Add More to a share name, title and the LinkedIn profile pages of your leadership team
- Click Add More until complete
- When completed, click Save
Add affiliated companies
- Start by clicking the pencil icon in the Affiliated Companies section
- Search the company name from the dropdown menu
- Start typing a company name and select the appropriate company from the drop down
- If you have multiple affiliate companies, click Add more to repeat the process
- If you do not see your company name, email your customer success manager for assistance
- Once completed, click Save
Share your company’s benefits
- Start by clicking the pencil icon in the Benefits section
- Tick the box beside each of the benefits that your company offers
- Once completed, click Save
