How to send an interview request
Once you have saved candidates to a Project and are ready to start outreach, navigate to the Prospects tab and click on "Prospects" within a Project.
Once in the Project Pipeline view, click "Send Interview Request" to send an interview request to a single candidate, or tick the "Select All" box to send to all saved prospects at once.
The information that you entered while creating your Project will automatically populate under Job Title and Job Description. You can make updates to the text by clicking the pencil icon.
Pro Tip: The candidate will receive this information in an email, so keep their attention by keeping it concise and to the point. Feel free to include links to external pages for additional information.
If this is your first Interview Request, you will need to fill out the Company Description section. Make sure to tick the box to save it as a template so that it auto-populates in the future. If you have already sent an interview request, this description should auto-populate.
Best Practice: Include a personal message to your candidate to increase response rate! Please note that if you are sending the Interview Request to multiple candidates at one time that the personal message will be the same for every candidate.
When you are done making edits to the email, click "Preview and Send" to view a preview of your email. Once you have approved your draft, click "Send". Once an interview request has been sent to a candidate, they will now be visible in the "Requests" stage of the pipeline.
